A veteran of the US Navy, Alex has always led with mission and purpose. As the CEO of Battle Bars, he has steered the brand to unparalleled heights, now boasting a presence in over 5,000 locations nationwide and robust Ecommerce offering. His vision for taste and quality has truly redefined the protein bar market. At the forefront of 10.40.10 Fitness, he's innovating the landscape of group workouts and gym tech. With a past role as a sales leader at AFN, one of the nation's premier 3PLs, Alex was instrumental in guiding the company to a successful exit. He believes deeply in the power of integrity and genuine connections in business. Beyond his corporate achievements, he's a proud father to two incredible little humans and stands as the 'big league' figure in their little league team. He will play you in golf and beat you every time ( if you give him strokes ).

Ian is a proven leader, both on the battlefield and in the boardroom. In 2008, Ian enlisted into the U.S. Army and was awarded a full-time ROTC scholarship to Hood College in Frederick, MD, where he graduated in 2011 with a degree in History and minors in Criminal Justice and Military Science. He was commissioned into the U.S. Army Officer Corps as a Combat Engineer and has deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, and most recently to Syria.

As a civilian, Ian has held various roles in project and operations management, including roles at the Pentagon. In 2018, he and his brother Colin founded Battle Bars, where he currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer.
