Founded on the concept of a rice krispie square (because, well, who doesn’t love a rice krispie square), all our bars are designed to be reminiscent of other childhood favorites: a sweet and gooey s'more around the campfire, your grandma’s famous lemon squares, cinnamon toast crunch cereal. You get the point.
The point is, taste matters. It’s what the customer wants, and it’s what we deliver. With every bar.

Our Ingredient Promise
Each of our bars—cinnamon cereal, dark chocolate espresso, lemon, peanut butter, stores and strawberry—deliver 16 to 17 grams or protein, and each is low in sugar (6-8 grams).
Further, each bar is free of the harmful 7, meaning they don’t have any of the following: high-fructose corn syrup, hormones, antibiotics, processed sweeteners, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, and artificial flavors.

In a nutshell: Battle Bars is a Veteran-owned company led by CEO Alex Witt, who turned personal tragedy into a purpose-driven business dedicated to quality, integrity, and honoring those who serve.
Worth noting: Being Veteran-owned also means we partner with non-profits like Operation Enduring Warrior (OEW), an organization dedicated to honoring and empowering wounded military and law enforcement veterans through physical, mental, and emotional rehabilitation.
Founded in 2017, Alex and founder Ian Sparks built the company from the ground up, starting with months of research and development, including working with food scientists and private chefs, to perfect their formula.
Since then, there have been countless ups and downs, and times where Alex had to dig into his own personal savings, and his children’s education funds, to keep the company going.
But nine years later, Battle Bars are flourishing in every Lifetime Athletic Club nationwide, in convenient stores like Speedway, Yesway and H-E-B, in more than 1,000 CrossFit and climbing gyms in the US, and most recently on Amazon.
Building Battle Bars to where it is today has come down to, not only hard work, but also a commitment to never compromising our formula, refusing to take short cuts to increase revenue, and, most of all, continuing to provide a bar that consumers come back for. Over and over.
