While most of our products are nut free, all of our products are produced in a facility that handles tree nuts. We encourage all customers to take a look at our full ingredient lists and weigh their own allergy risks!

Yes, all of our bars are made with whey protein

We use real cane sugar

530 days from the date of production as listed on the packaging

Do you ship outside the US

Currently, we only ship to the 51 US states.

1st impression of the K-Bar

It’s excellent! I like the texture and flavor of the bar. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it’s not 25 grams of protein per bar like the MOAB. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

By far the best I've ever had

I can not get enough of these I've tried the s'mores, k Bar, and blueberry and they were all by far the best protein bars I've ever had. The blue berry was my favorite but I will be buy all of them again.
