Hot weather, however, may contribute to some melting of the bars during transit. While we take precautions to prevent, we recommend the following:
- If possible, provide a shaded area on your porch so your delivery driver may place the package out of the sun.
- Once bars are received, place them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. This will help the coating re-solidify!
- Enjoy the best tasting protein bar on this damn planet.

I love the product, but it should not be advertised as gluten-free. The cookie pieces have wheat in them. This doesn't affect me, but my wife is gluten-free and could not eat the bars. Again, great product, but consider removing the gluten-free claim on this flavor. Peace.

Repeat customer here. Placed order on Aug 4th, bars got lost in transit. Customer Service sent out another replacement order (awesome), however I now see that new order is cancelled…and still no updated shipping for either…what’s happening?? Am I ever going to get my order? x2 stars right now because CS did initiate a reorder, but there seems to be a disconnect. I love my BBs, so if I ever get this resolved (and the bars are not completely mutilated) I’ll up the stars, but for now it’s a 2 :(
