Return Policy

  • Taste Test Guarantee: Put it in your mouth, and if it’s not love at first bite, we’ll make it right. Your flavor experience is our top mission.
  • Battle Bars offers a 30-day return window for unopened, non-perishable items from the sale original date. Battle Bars does not accept returns for perishable items or opened protein powder or bars.
  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is deemed to be damaged/defective.
  • Battle Bars does not accept unapproved returns. Returns that are received as unapproved will be refused and returned to sender
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original form of payment is no longer available, a refund will be issued in the form of a non-expiry store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are ineligible for a return:
    • Protein Bars
    • Protein Powder
    • Gift Cards
    • Sale/Clearance Items

Exceptions & Damages

  • Battle Bars guarantees the quality of all products sold. We highly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt for any damages or defects that may have occurred during production or in-transit. If you believe your order is damaged/defective for any reason, please contact customerservice@battlebars.com immediately.

Shipping Fees/Delivery Times

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping times are not guaranteed, regardless of the service level. If your order arrives later than expected according to the Shipping Policy, please contact customerservice@battlebars.com.

Return Process

  1. For all return requests, please send an email to customerservice@battlebars.com with the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Order #
    3. Order Date
    4. Requested Items to Return
    5. Reason for Return(s)
    6. Images of Damages/Defects (if applicable)
  2. If your return is approved, you will be provided a return label with pre-printed instructions, including drop-off locations.
  3. Package the returned items carefully. If you are returning an item that was part of a case or pack, you must return all unused items to be eligible for a refund.
  4. After your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    1. Note: Refund times vary based on the financial institution. Refunds are typically posted to an account 3-5 days after the return is processed and we recommend contacting your bank directly if you have any questions.

Exchanges

  • Battle Bars does not provide exchanges at this time.
  • We recommend returning any approved items first and placing a new order for replacement items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
